Working with the physical therapists at Arbor Greens Kinetix was a positive experience for me. Although at times I thought I'd never see progress, i soon realized it was a steady and methodical process and eventually, with their expertise and moral support, I am now feeling so much better. I am grateful for their guidance and the wonderful exercise routine they gave me which I will continue to do to maintain stability. I recommend Kinetix and thank them.

I arrived to Kinetix after months of trying to “fix” my elbow weakness on my own. I was in pain daily. I knew my strength had diminished and was not getting any better. After an initial evaluation, I was given strengthening exercises. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Not only did they help me with my strengthening goals, they made it fun. From fun conversations and questions of the day, this group made my experience one of a kind. I’ve never needed PT and if I need it again, this is where I will come. Thank you for all you do to help your patients.

Just wanted to share my experience. Back in October 2024, I decided to give Kinetix’s a try for physical therapy. I was kinda hesitant at first because I didn’t think that it would help me. But the first day I went there, they were very helpful and concerned about my situation. I was evaluated by Jake and Carter. They figured out a plan to help me with the control of my sciatica pain. At first it was a struggle and I was in a lot pain. But as time went on and having the commitment and support Carter and rest of the staff motivating me to continue my exercises. That little by little I would eventually get back to a normal life with little to no pain.
I appreciate everything that they have done to help me get past this situation.

My foot surgeon referred me to Kinetix for therapy after I broke my foot. I am so impressed and pleased with the services offered at Kinetix. The staff is caring, friendly, encouraging, knowledgeable, and inspiring. I have suffered foot pain for three years. Neither the doctors I saw nor the PT clinics I visited helped. Shockingly, Kinetix has improved my level of pain and mobility. I still have a ways to go, but they immediately approached the injury differently than any other practice. My therapist, Jessica, is a miracle worker. I have had the EMG/Nerve Conduction study that confirmed her thoughts on where the pain was originating from. I am having laser therapy in addition to exercise, manual traction and soft tissue massage. Kinetix is different in the best possible way!

In late August 2024 I started having pain in my left leg starting in groin area and eventually into my left thigh when putting any weight on that leg. Was so bad by mid October I could hardly walk and putting all the strain on right leg it started hurting too. This was bad for me for I am retired and love walking and hiking every day. Received referral and went to Kinetix in Jonesville till Feb 13 and the people there were absolutely terrific. I was taught stretching and strengthening exercises throughout my treatment there that I am utilizing every day now and able to again walk 2-3 miles daily. Thank you Kyrsten and Jacob for all your help and encouragement. Could not have recovered without your help.. Forever grateful!!

This is the third time that kinetics has asked me to do a review. I responded to both the first and the second request. I will now respond to the third request. I am satisfied with the work that is being done. I am satisfied with the staff that’s working with me and I will continue with my leg therapy until I get to the point where I can walk normally again.
That said, if I get another request for a review, it will be that while the treatment is excellent, Being harassed for a review, is not. Whoever is responsible for this needs to be towed that asking for a single review after each visit is more effective than asking for three or four reviews.

I have been a patient at both Kinetix locations, and they are far superior to any physical therapy I’ve had in the past. Dr. Jake and Dr. Jed and their teams are absolutely excellent. They’ve all helped me so much. I’ve been in therapy three different times; for my shoulders (rotator cuffs), my back (degenerative disc disease), and my knees (osteoarthritis and meniscus tears). It has been a long road over the past 2 years but I’m finally able to walk and move around again, resuming my usual activities. I would recommend Kinetix to anyone who needs physical therapy. They’re just the best!
