had an overall gods-awful therapy experience here. my first therapist i had did literally nothing for over a year of me seeing her. she would just basically sit and ask about my day or other mundane things, knowing i had a lot of issues to iron out. i wanted to have faith in her, but i regret ever giving her the benefit of the doubt, as my time was simply wasted. i guess she eventually quit, so good riddance. move to a different career, p l e a s e.

also had the lady that prescribed me meds essentially call me stupid because i didnt follow the instructions she never gave me, and didnt even ask if i was on other medications to check for interactions.

overall unpleasant garbage practices aside from one therapist - isabelle gets ten stars. i hope i never see anyone there ever again except her.

They seem nice in the beginning & it seemed off why they were having new staff members employed as if they have a hard time keeping employees. Intake is great though I forgot his name but he was great(older gentleman). Anyways, I’ve had a few problems where I’ve been ignored by them & once they straight up hung up on me after explaining a small issue & only after sending a email because I felt like they just don’t respect their clients(that clearly who have mental health issues mind you) they finally got back to me. Yeah I missed a few apps but that’s one of my symptoms I struggle with daily so I depend on places like this help fix that. And now? I moved to another county & they want nothing to do with me because as I’m finding a new carrier they won’t refill my prescription(even though they said they’d take care of me until I completely transfer) so now I’ve been out of medication for a week now. It’d like to add its weird that when you talk personally to a physiatrist there’s a nurse(who likes to be on her phone half the time laughing) in the room WITH YOU that does not talk but I feel like judges you as they evaluate you about your issues during evaluation with the doctor on a screen from some other location. At your own risk. ⚠️

I was receiving therapy and counseling for some time and was able to improve in my disability. Because of the staff and doctors, today I am a better person. They treat, according to my personal experience, the patients who are diagnosed with a disability with a thoughtful, gentle and helpful professional manner regardless of language, gender, or race.

Kings View, has talented and diverse services and amazingly patient, and caring office staff. They offer many different types of treatment, diagnosis, and in/outpatient service. They offer T.V, and have a charging station, with a view to see your kids in a separate room. They offer two routes of treatment; talk therapy, and chemistry based rehabilitation. Drug recovery classes, alcohol treatment and recovery sessions. The best marriage and family therapists and Interns that I have ever had the opportunity to, have intelligent, and enlightening discussions about real life problems, Along with well educated answers to talk out the most logical and realistic path to get from where you are now, to the destination in life you would like to be

The phone always goes straight to voicemail. They never call back. The nurses are kind of rude to the patients. I ran out of my medication and I called to get a refill but nobody called me back for a month.
