We absolutely loved our time with Kredo. Our son was struggling with his speech and pronunciation of words. In his time with Kredo, he not only began to speak more clearly but was also confident in what he was saying. I highly recommend their services and therapists.

My son has been on speech therapy for over one year. He needs to increase his capability of arranging his thoughts, and verbalize everything he has in mind. He also needs to increase his vocabulary, and control his emotions.
Ms Gigi has been tremendous in helping him on all those issues. I definitely love this place.

I started my son at Kredo when they first opened over a year ago. At first everything seemed amazing. The owners are really good at sweet talking their clients. My son was with them for over a year. His therapist was hired by Kredo and was the first ABA therapist there. We stayed loyal and constantly referred friends to them because from the outside, it looked amazing. When your child is non verbal, you can only really go by what people are telling you. He started off happy. Come October of 2023, I started seeing a decline in my sons happiness. We just thought he was overtired from therapy so we started to give him breaks. I realized very quickly my son was not happy, but physicans and therapists were saying it’s helping. During this time, everyday we were having to send new clothes because he was peeing through his diaper. This was not the case at home so I kept questioning and getting little response. It was clear to me they were not changing him. I then sent my son to school with a tracking device. I didn’t tell the clinic, but this device has a feature where I can listen in an any time without anyone knowing. What I found was while I was paying for therapy, there was no much therapy going on. I also have ASD, so confronting them would not be an option for me. Instead I dwindled his hours with the intention to not go back after the break.

We were paying completely out of pocket for his care. We have paid to Kredo almost $100,000. We were told by Kredo that they checked our out of network benefits and that we would receive 50% out of pocket for ST/OT and 100% ABA. When “professionals” tell you this, you trust them. After a year when Suzy started to actually help and submit claims for us, she was not getting what she wanted back (keep in mind we were pre paying and claiming back). Once she saw that, she started harassing us about the next months payment. We asked nicely that she submit everything because after paying so much money was tight. She did not want to and said they were not paying. I checked with my insurance and out of $100,000 she submitted $4,000 of our claims. Not even enough to hit our out of pocket max. She then started sending emails everyday and I have felt harassed with invoices being repeated send multiple times a day. When she realized that she was not going to make any more money from us she became very rude and unprofessional. She also heard from staff at their clinic that they were telling everyone we withdrew our son because we could not afford it anymore. That was a complete lie because Kredo was aware we had found a new insurance that would put them in network.
I have never been so disappointed. We paid a lot of money to Kredo and our son have been thriving since he has been out of their care. He is saying words and is much more functional.
Although we liked some of our therapists. I do not recommend this clinic for any child.

I didn't like the way I was treated when I requested a change of therapist for my 3-year-old autistic son. They were rude.
