I began seeing Kristen consistently for therapy about two years ago over the phone (as we live in separate cities). When I first came to her, I was very anxious in my relationships and in my life. Talking with Kristen has provided me clarity towards understanding my feelings, and learning to trust what my gut is telling me. She has helped me learn how to prioritize myself and be authentic in my relationships. Through our cognitive behavioral exercises and talking through both my past and present struggles, my anxiety has become manageable and my relationships have vastly improved. Kristen is so easy to talk to because she is empathetic and relatable. I cannot stress enough how important therapy is for my life, and I encourage anyone who is considering therapy to take a leap of faith with Kristen because she will only make your life a happier and more fulfilling one!

Kristen is the most empathetic and naturally kind person I’ve ever known. She made me feel so safe and comfortable from the minute I walked in her door. She was so supportive and listened without any judgement. And she is unbelievably skilled at her work. I was desperate because I was struggling in my marriage and I felt very alone and scared to ask for help. Boy am I glad I did! Despite feeling skeptical of therapy ( I had never been before) I somehow gathered the courage to ask for help. I felt immediate relief and my marriage is continuing to get healthier and stronger. It is not just my marriage that has improved- I am a much happier person. All of my relationships have gotten better too. I can’t imagine where my marriage and my life would be without her today. Seeing Kristen has been one of the best decisions of my life. She has been absolutely life changing for me and my entire family.
