Her calm, warm, and friendly personality immediately made me feel comfortable. She created a safe space where I have been able to express my thoughts and feelings without judgment. She has equipped me with many skills and I greatly value her insight. Kristie also has a wonderful sense of humor which she brings to sessions in a playful and lighthearted way. 11/10 Kristie was absolutely phenomenal. I came to Kristie this past August I was going through some tough life transitions, dealing with past traumas, and trying to move forward in life. I was really struggling at the time. Kristie has 1000% changed my life for the better, in-fact in the best possible way. To me she is the reason why therapy can work, she is the shining example of what can happen when a patient is in the right mindset and can be equipped with the right tools to succeed. The past few months working together have changed the trajectory of my life in an extremely positive way.
