Staff here is incredible! Michelle Keim is such a positive force and I know when I call her I will get answers. Robin Bottoms in admissions is professional and very responsive. The team at this facility has heart and it shows in everything they do. I highly recommend them!

I think this is a very good facility with caring and hard working staff. I feel that my loved one is receiving excellent care. The food is good and the place is clean. The staff are kind and attentive. I am very happy that she is placed here.

If you have a family member here and if you don't live locally you will never reach said family member over the phone. When they finally do answer they give you an attitude then put you on hold and send you to voicemail. I'll be removing my mom from here asap.

I would prefer that they think twice before taking a patient to that place, the care of patients is terrible, I took my father a week ago and I had to take him on the 2nd day because he was with the pampero all day and no one changed him to the point that his parts were burned, I had to treat him at home with baby desitin because his parts were burning without looking at the food, which is disgusting, nothing for patients with stroke, I give it 0 out of 10 in comments and on top of that they send me the police and CHILDREN AND FAMILY CLAIMING THAT MY FATHER WAS IN DANGER, what madness
