Yesterday I went for my first visit. 30 seconds after I signed in they were calling me back. Staff especially Rose at the front desk and the nurse was great, very friendly and attentive. Doctor was too. I love the quick service.

The staff was wonderful towards me. I have a walker and oxygen tank and they were opening doors for me and treating me as royalty,. I absolutely loved it. The Dr Samantha Jackson was very attentive and courteous

I was treated very well from the front desk to the Dr. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. My only problem was scheduling. My husband wanted to see too but had to wait til next day and when we got there for.my visit no one else in waiting room and when I came out no one else there

We have been taking our 16 months old son here since his birth. The office staff have always made us feel like family. Maybe it's just because we have such adorable son that everyone falls for. It seems like lately things have been going downhill.
We took our son in to get his shots. At the time our son was sick so Dr. Cosme informed us that they had to order the medicine and they would call us once it came in. Weeks later, and we were still waiting. During this time our son came down with an ear infection in which we took him to the hospital. We called and made an appointment with Dr. Cosme to get his shots done and a physical for daycare. Our son was a trooper as always when he is with dad. Come to find out our son's ear infection spread to both ears. So we got his medicine and asked for a physical so we are compliant with his daycare. I made a follow up appointment on a Friday at 10:30am. I took the day off work and kept him home from daycare. This appointment was to check his ear infection and to get one more shot. Also we still had no physical. They informed us they don't have a template for a child's physical. I load up the car and drive all the way to the office. As I arrive the parking lot was empty (not a good sign). My son and I walk to the front doors and they are locked with a sign saying they are closed. This was the third time we had an appointment and when we show up they had the doors locked and a sign up. I can understand if it happened once for an emergency or something of that nature but with this being the third time it is completely unacceptable. We have a sick child, he needs his shot for daycare and they didn't even have enough respect to call and let us know. No phone call to reschedule and I feel it is so disrespectful that we as parents have to put our trust in these doctors and they can't even communicate with their patients. Now we have to lose another days pay to take him to be seen. 2 days of lost wages and they couldn't even give us a call or send us a message regarding their closure. We have put up with this one too many times and after taking our son to the emergency room yesterday we have decided it's best to find another pediatrician. I feel at times Doctor Cosme doesn't know what she is talking about, or maybe I just can't understand the broken English. I hope this helps at least 1 person in making a wise decision when it comes to picking the right pediatrician for your family. Hope you all have a great day! God bless!

What a wonderful place! Dr. Garner is awesome! The entire staff is very professional and compassionate. Which is very important when it comes to Healthcare. I appreciate all they do and will continue to see Dr Garner and staff at Langley Health in Homosassa, Inverness and other locations because they go above and beyond to make sure they're treating you correctly and help figure out a plan that works best for each individual. I would recommend Langley Health for all your needs concerning medical, dental, so many more areas and even mental health.

My 10 year old niece was in this office just yesterday for a filling. My sister was told she could not go back in the room with her daughter. She trusted that all would be okay and waited patiently. After waiting for a long time, most of which all staff had disappeared, my niece came out. She proceeded to say they numbed her and then left her in the room by herself for 45 minutes. They just disappeared! Apparently the office manager called a meeting while patients were in the rooms. They did not offer for my sister to go back with my niece and did not explain at all. So here is the problem, my niece has NEVER been numbed before! So many complications could have occurred and they left her by herself! 10 years old. Not to mention leaving a minor in a room full of dental tools for almost an hour. By the time they did the filling it was wearing off and so she was in pain, but having been scared and a child she was scared to say something. When staff finally reappeared my sister was very upset. No one seemed to care and the office manager had already left. My sister called the manager today to explain how this was NOT okay and all the manager could say was sorry and she called the meeting and wasn’t aware of patients in rooms. SO UNPROFESSIONAL! They are so lucky my niece didn’t have a reaction to the numbing medication!! There is no reason whatsoever that my sister shouldn’t have been allowed back with my niece for her first ever numbing and filling or while they did there meeting in the middle of patient appointments.This wasn’t an xray. Healthcare is really declining.

In response to the reply below- we have called several times and left several messages for the office as well as Rebecca hallman with no returned phone calls. So sending your generic phone number to contact you is not at all helpful.
