They are almost never in the office, the hours posted aren't really the hours that they are in office, the paperwork sometimes makes it to court and sometimes they don't have a sense of urgency when it comes to your paperwork. I'm supposed to not get mad about almost getting sent to jail because me and the judge are arguing about this place not doing their job.

Awesome! Wouldn’t (and haven’t gone) elsewhere! Careful, though, once you’re left with nothing, this agency will hang up the phone faster than welcome you back.
