I must say that I have to give it five stars. All the stuff was not only professional but extremely friendly and very helpful they explained everything to me . They made me feel like I was a family member who they were treating but at the same time they were very professional and caring. My therapist Robert is extremely professional and very caring he always goes above and beyond his duty to make me feel as comfortable as possible. The place is very well decorated an extremely clean. The doctor that gave me the injection on my knees when out of his way to explain step by step every procedure and try to be as painless as possible in which he actually was very painless. And every time I go to the clinic and he passes Me by he always stops to say hello to me and ask me how I am feeling and if there's anything I need to let him know. I am extremely satisfied with their services and the professionalism. Although I have only been in therapy for one week I already feel 40% better and I am not even halfway done.

I'm glad for the people that gave such positives reviews. As for me it was the opposite and truly hope my experience would help others.
To begin with, the therapist that took my case, refused to tell me her last name even during my first interview. Claiming that our relationship should be solely professional, being, that claim, repeated in every session. That kind of forced limit reminded every time for no reason, made me feel uncomfortable since I was supposed to open up, to someone who refuses to disclose her last name.
I explained that I just wanted to address her politely and in a professional manner, since calling someone by the first name is not correct.
They also broke HIPA rules by ambushing me, bringing without my consent a person that I was having problems with.
Nothing was resolved and basically I have to move on, because they didn't know what to do with my particular case.

Incredibly careless and amateur.
Irresponsible and improvised.
A total waste of time.
