I've been seeing Dr. Beltran for a few years now and can safely say that I am still alive, and growing more and more grateful for life every day because of her hard work. Every time the VA drops the ball on my care, Dr. Beltran is there to take care of me. She is a phenomenal therapist who is trauma informed and results driven.

I don't know what the reviewer MO is talking about. Dr Beltran, at the time didn't accept my type of insurance. She changed the insurance companies that she accepted and I got me covered. Dr Beltran has been Godsend for me. Reading the review from MO it's obvious this person has issues with therapist. Sounds like Dr Beltran dodged a bullet not treating this person.
I highly reccomend her services.

Inaccessible and negligent, will not work with insurances even if they are paying. Will make client jump through as many hoops as possible. This office has caused me more mental harm in a short amount of time than ANY clinic I’ve EVER been to. I am astounded at the amount of harm that a mental health service can do in such a short time and trust me I have plenty experience with negligent harmful and outright abusive services. Just another mental health service that makes people lose faith in those who are truly there to help. Waste of time, health, energy, and money on the insurances part. These types of people/services make everyone else’s jobs harder it’s honestly so harmful, unprofessional, and disgusting. For examples on abusive techniques used, this particular office practices moving the goalposts, gaslighting, feigning ignorance, and about every subtle form of negligence one can practice in these spaces. They refuse to send records or have any interest in their patients health and wellbeing and quite frankly seem interested in the exact opposite. I would give a negative amount of stars if that were possible. Very unfriendly towards disabled people,
neurodivergent people, and/or poc, it is NOT a safe space for anyone at all. Stay safe everyone! Keep looking for resources, do not engage with those who want to only contribute to the systems that make the need for help more dire, do not accept abuse or mistreatment especially from those who are supposed to be there to help. Stay hopeful and never give up.
