What separates Leah from other therapists are those things you cannot train nor simulate. Her caring exudes off of her very being. When you are talking to Leah, she feels present with you. As you lead the way, she walks right beside you ready to experience and understand without judgment each pain you encounter and light of hope you see. I have gone to several of Leah's monthly Saturday workshops, where she takes us through about two hours of bioenergetics and other somatic-based movements to relieve stress and tension. There is truly nothing like it and her innovation compilation of exercises are a perfect blend to lead to a sense of relaxation and a sense of goodwill/contentment (equanimity?). about Leah Benson..She gives you the necessary tools for that wanting shift in one’s life, at first it may seem to be a challenge and one may get overwhelmed, but listen to her and be honest with yourself, also if possible read her book prior to sessions, it will help to understand more of the techniques used, it can be a life changer. Sometimes one needs a stranger to tell thing as is. She is very helpful.

My therapy guru!
I have three sons who have had their share of challenges in life over the years. Additionally, my boys are very bright, so most people find them to be a challenge to get them to open up about their issues.
