My daughter went to this preschool for a long time and as Crystal mentioned there was an indecent with a teacher being arrested for unacceptable behavior however, I can vouch for the school being aggressive in the way they monitor surveillance at the school. The person was immediately fired and arrested. I never felt like my child was unsafe at this school. No one can know if someone is going to commit those types of crimes if they have never gotten caught for it before. I was proud of the way the directors handled the situation when it happened. Please don't let this deter you from inquiring about this school. The teachers are loving and patient with the children.

Very, .Very high turnover rate. I seen a child get pushed by a staff, Mrs. Suzanne went over the cameras with me and made up an excuse saying " Oh she's been going through some things, she has a big procedure coming up and is really stressed" basically acted as if she didn't care. She was so rude always spoke over you when trying you talk to her. She was mad because I told one of her teachers that I think the curriculum was trash because my child has never learned anything and has had 8 teachers since he's been attending the school. She was so mad about my opinion that she told me she was putting in for my child to be transferred to another school. All because of a opinion. I've picked my child up from school soaking wet, meaning pants wet, diaper soaked and it's always an excuse. I recently also advised them about my daughter telling me that some little boy shook his "thingy" in her face while she was using the restroom and nothing was done about it! TRASH school that's why all the teachers leave.

This has to be one of the best child care facilities around. So disapointed that we were not able to transfer her back after finding that she wasn't quite ready for public school system. They played a huge part in encouraging me to take steps that I wasn't sure about (granny raising grandchild-long time out of practice). I did a LOT of research and visits to other centers in my area- and found many disappointments. Children answering the door, phones unanswered, not enough teacher to studio ratio, I was really surprised and disappointed in the other centers I visited. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place.

If I could give this place that they call a daycare a zero I would. During tax season I called to get my tax ID number and the DIRECTOR REFUSED to give it to me because she I had a pending balance and she stated that " in order to get ID number I needed to pay it off first, WHICH IS ILLEGAL and she claimed it wasn't. I had to call back and threatened her with an attorney, and she finally said that I would receive it by the end of the business day. They have another location on 9th avenue that was on the news because one of the teachers was smuggling two of the children with a blanket and pushing there heads down. Look it up, they just changed the name and her son now runs it. The manager Rachel, I have witnessed her be disrespectful and very rude to the other staff members. They have a high turnover rate so there is always someone different there when in your drop your child off. There are NO REAL TEACHERS, they look like teenagers doing a side job. They are not accredited through the Better Business Bureau for a reason. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I had my daughter there till she was off to Kindergarten. It is a great place, clean, and a very knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone.

Horrible is all I can say heartless after three years of kids attending =( can't keep teachers either very disappointed with suzanne the director / owner broke my child's heart and lied lied lied
