I have been using this facility for decades. The staff is excellent. I have needed PT after knee surgery, shoulder surgery, wrist surgery and elbow surgery. Every experience I have had over the decades has been wonderful. Every employee has been amazing. They make sure you understand how to do the exercises, and print out pictures to take home. I am really impressed by this PT location. The receptionists are great too. I posted photos of some of the equipment. There is a huge selection. I highly recommend this Physical Therapy location

I like managing my check in through “my chart“ and so far my appointments are always on time. The doctor of physical therapy is wonderful and so is her assistant.
I always feel like they know where I am in treatment without standing in front of the laptop and are prepared to do next steps with me.
The cleanliness and hygiene is great. I like the way they wipe down the table with the disinfectant wipes before I get on it and they put a clean pillowcase on the pillow.

Shocked at how much 10 - 12 visits cost me here. No discussion about how much I would be billed for rehab after knee surgery only told that they accept my insurance. After billing my insurance $4,800.00, and my insurance adjusting and paying them $2,100 I am now stuck with a bill for $900! I went to another rehab that did not accept my insurance because I was still having issues with my knee and was billed $75.00 per visit and got better treatment. If I had to do it again I would have paid out of pocket somewhere other than here.
