My son is a patient at Legacy. They are very good to us. The staff are professional and helpful, especially Debbie who looks after us. The Doctor we have, Dr. Pozo, is wonderful.

Have been going to Legacy for at least the 5 years during which I’ve seen several Doctors all of whom were and are wonderful. Dr. Pozo is phenomenal as is his office staff. 10/10 recommend! My first experience wasn’t the best a few years ago but it has completely changed and I always have the best time with the ladies in the front office! All the staff is pretty great but Sandra & Debbie are fantastic! They are extremely helpful and insightful with any questions or concerns that I have.

Legacy is hands down one of the best behavioral centers I have worked with. I do have to give it to the ladies in the office Ms Sandra Ms Debbie for always looking out for me and my family mental health is a true struggle but with the help of our therapist Mrs. Myra and the ladies at the office it does make our life a lot easier and to understand the struggles we deal with is not always easy . Don't be afraid to open up and reach out for help I've not ever once felt like myself or my children get judged with these wonderful people and they are not like New horizons they are willing to work with you even if you can't make it in office they can do zoom meetings whatever best suits your lifestyle.. thank you legacy for helping me and my children!

Legacy at Okeechobee is a breath of fresh air! I always talk to someone when I call.I don’t have to call dozens of time to speak to someone. As soon as I call,I am connected to Sandra,Debbie or Lauren.They are very informative and actually cares about the patients. So grateful that Dr. Pozo is my daughter’s Dr. and thankful that the ladies working there are very professional and extremely helpful. Thank you all!!💙

One of the best experiences that I have witnessed. They have taken great care of a family member. Sandra goes above to help with any appointments or paperwork they may need. Everyone at the office has been very professional. I would recommend office.

Targeted Care Coordinator, Jennifer Tillman, has been simply amazing. Going the extra mile to help me find and get services that I wouldn't have gotten without her help. The Legacy staff has been extremely helpful, in general. The therapist I am working with, Eddie, has been a breath of fresh air. His easy going, calm,caring manner, and exceptional insights have repeatedly helped open my mind to build a better, stronger sense of self. I highly recommend Legacy and their amazing staff.

Staff is good, Sherry W is great. She helped me get my medical and dental goal;s back on track. She also helped me get into the habit of using my calendar so I don't forget as much. Overall definitely worth the 5 stars.
