My mother was in there for a month, and I have no complaints, the staff is very nice and professional, all the physical therapy staff are very good and friendly, my mom made a lot of progress, my special thanks to nurse Wanda, for always being aware of my mother's medical needs, and to CNA Bibi, for her dedication, empathy, love and professionalism. Without a doubt, I recommend the place to anyone who needs it

Ladies from the activities are great, Illiana Perez is very good with the patients above and beyond,Pamela Resheske is also very good above and beyond,
The call room needs T L C and cleaning done asap
The food needs to improve,some is to spicy,
I don’t see a chart in the rooms would like to know the vital and when did they change the diaper etc.
Sometimes the bed isn’t lowered and the Matt’s aren’t on the floor,she fall out of the bed before…..and we are here every single day

I moved back home to Florida to help take care of My oldest sister 71yrs old and my oldest brother 69yrs old. Upon looking at there medical needs, I found that Lehigh Health and Rehab was the best place for them.. My sister received excellent Care from everyone. Therapy Department was able to teach her and now she is so much more independent. Nursing staff her MD included Managed and adjusted her meds. Now she is thriving so much better. Nursing care has always been my passion. My brother is doing so much better. They both praise God every day for having been given the services they needed from the caring hands of others. Thank you Lehigh Health Care and all the Staff for what you do for our community. You all really make a difference.

I came to see my Friend’s relative and I observed the facility is clean,great customer service and friendly staff. Upon walking through the facility,I happen to attend one of their activities and the majority of the residents were engaged in activities and interacting with each other, it was amazing to see how happy and fun they were having. I’m so impressed with the activities department is doing great job by maintaining their daily activities as tolerated. The activities director is very patient and knowledgeable in what she is doing. Keep up the great job.

Got off to a bad start- but service has improved greatly since I’ve been at this Lehigh Acres Rehabilitation Center. Nice piano in reception area…

The rehab facility was more than fine while my 89 year old father was recovering from a fall due to a UTI. The shining stars of the facility were by far Marcy Foster and Mallory Wallis. Both of these women went above and beyond. Mallory kept me up to date on my dad’s rehab progress while I lived 3 hours away AND while I traveled to Japan. She was extremely knowledgeable, organized and accessible to me by phone, text or in person. Marcy was in charge of discharging my dad when it was time. She also was always available to give me information, even when it was late or she wasn’t working. While moving my dad to assisted living, the new facility commented on how thorough both women were in supplying necessary information on my dad. They helped make a difficult transition much smoother. Thanks you so very much for caring ladies….Lehigh Rehab is VERY lucky to have you both in their employment.

Lehigh Acres Health and Rehab center is a very undesirable facility. Appearance is everything. Upon initially entering the facility it appeared clean and friendly. When asking my love one how was his day was when the flood gates opened. My loved one told me that he had a fight with a fly over his lunch. The fly was sitting on the lid of his food and wouldn’t move. So the fly won the fight. When inquiring about his medication. Several of his medications had not been given. I asked to speak with the nurse who told me it was on the medication sheet and would be given. My loved one was there for 2 weeks and out of the 2 weeks had only received the medication area twice. My love one instructed the nurse his eye drops are not for daytime use but only at night. Oops! Medical error. Medication not given at the right time or correct eye. Instructed my love one was to wear compression stocks for his swelling in both legs. Instructed they would be placed. Oops! Never placed for the 2 week duration he was there. Direct negligence. Spoke with the “unit manager” who decided to become really rude because I said I didn’t know the name of all his eyes drops. Please someone help this facility. Send an exterminator for the roaches and flies. Send someone who genuinely care about the patient or there was no need to become a nurse.

I came here after knee replacement surgery. I was so uncertain about staying. Was in so much pain I honestly couldn't think straight. Thankfully I was encouraged to stay.
I just wanted to say:
A Big THANK YOU!!!! To everyone who had a part in my care. From Medical right down to the people who cleans my room. I'm grateful for you all.
I'm choosing not to name names simply because I'd forget someone, and I wouldn't want to do that. As the saying goes "it takes a village"
Matter of fact after a few days here, I honestly felt like I was among family, and you'll always have a place in my heart.
One thing I'd like to highlight is the fact that as a patient I was heard. The care and concern for my well-being was genuine and I am forever grateful.
As I prepare to go home tomorrow I have to say:
My experience here is a gift and I give thanks to the Most High YAH for it.
