Our experience with Liberty Counseling was awesome. Tiffany in the front office is very efficient. She is very personable and makes the environment relaxing and comfortable. And she remembers everyone. My 15 yr old son loves talking with Diana. He was really nervous about going to counseling and she was able to ease his concerns after their first meeting. He never complained about going to talk with her. He even started drawing pictures for her. They are so flexible with their schedules it was easy to set up appointments. They even send you reminder texts for your up coming appointments. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter has been a client of Barbara's for 3 years now. Each week we come in for our session we are greeted with a warm welcome from Tiffany. If we have a scheduling issue Tiffany is happy to help figure out a time we can be seen that week. Tiffany goes above and beyond when it comes to billing. We had an issue with our insurance not wanting to cover our sessions. Tiffany and I worked together speaking with insurance over the phone. In the end Tiffany was able to get my daughter's therapy sessions covered so we were still able to see Barbara. Tiffany is unreplaceable. She keeps the entire company running smoothly.

Barbara Hernandez is absolutely amazing! My daughter has never connected with any other therapist like this before. Barbara has been a big part of my daughter's healing from her trauma. EMDR has changed my daughter's life. Barbara is part of my family now. If my daughter is struggling with something Barbara will stay late and or add an additional session even if she's off work to insure my daughters mental health and well-being. I am very blessed to have such a great therapist for my daughter. I truly believe that she is one of the most genuine and caring person I have ever met. I suffer from several issues, but chronic depression and severe anxiety are my lifelong buddies. I had been seeing a therapist recommended by the HMO I was with at the time for 2+ years and seemed to be no closer to healthy than I was on day one. I was worse than I had been and had suicidal type thoughts. It was not the therapist by any means; it was the timing, I now believe. I was on several anti-depressants, and they were steadily increasing the doses. I was at the point that leaving my bed was terrifying. Weeks were passing me by, and work was not an option. However, as a mother of teenagers who needed me, I had to make changes.
I am so grateful to this woman, I was so lucky to have found her when I did, and it was a true-life changing blessing. I had contacted another therapist in February of 2017, and by the grace of God, she referred me to Isabella. Within weeks she had me out of bed and looking forward to the next day. I am sure I gave her plenty of challenges, but she did not give up on me, and again I am eternally grateful.
She assisted me in seeing and understand my triggers and supplied me with the coping skills necessary to maneuver in my chaotic daily life. I told her, “You helped me breathe underwater” as I felt that I was drowning in pain and despair daily, she showed me how to manage. I still see her once or twice a year and hear her voice in my head often when I fail to notice those triggers immediately and I am in crisis. I wish everyone were as fortunate to find a mental health provider that genuinely cares about their patients as she does.
A blessing, she saved me!
