Personally I would’ve gave them zero stars for their service but that was not an option. There is a lack of communication with this company. You have individuals who are needing and seeking counseling for various reasons. At first it started out great the woman I spoke to who picked out the counselor for me she was wonderful. The next time I called I found out that she no longer works there. Then I’m into counseling sessions for a few weeks. Then I find out the Counselor is leaving. I’m in the middle of therapy sessions and nobody even informs me of this until the day of the appointment. Then I’m informed that if I cancel while I’m talking to her they’re going to charge me $65 or I can do my session for $25. I stated what is the point of having a session if I’m gonna have to start all over with another counselor. So I called the office which I will not put her name in here she said she’s in charge of everything and I explained what I posted here. I asked her last name she refused to give it to me I asked to speak to somebody else she said she would. I told her to call me back and let me know. The next thing you know I get an email stating that my money refunded I’m just discharged from the practice. If I was a person with a very serious problem that is on their hands if something happens to that person because they’re not a reliable counseling service. They did not even have a courtesy to call me back it was a simple email. Because I complained they discharged me I’m fine with that I just want to warn others of their incompetent service. Reminder not all counseling services are like this. Good luck to everybody out there we’re all struggling with something.
