I've been with Misty for about two years now. It was a time of personal turmoil that I reached out for help. Misty is very intuitive and seems to know exactly what I need at the moment. She would initially text me every morning just to see how I was doing, giving me words of support and encouragement. Because of Misty, I now have tools to use to respond to triggers that otherwise could bring me down. If I do have a setback, Misty always finds time for me to get me through that.

I have been in “therapy” before, but nothing compares to the personal care and compassion Misty provides me. I have grown so much as a person. My interaction with Misty has allowed me to deal with issues (and people) detrimentally affecting my life. I am happier and healthier than ever…and I am 67 years old! I don’t feel I will ever stop working with Misty, she truly cares about me and my personal growth. She is not just my psychologist, she truly is “my Life Coach.”

Today, my mantra is “Life in Balance.” I repeat it to myself over and over again. It’s my reminder that I can choose how to live in a way that is healthy for me.

Wow Misty has been a light to me during a season where I needed clarity on my self worth and purpose. The techniques she used were designed to help me overcome some mental health challenges.
