They removed my review. Do not go to this place. Very unprofessional, unethical and uncaring. This is about the therapist J R. You know who you are. Your office knows who you are, if they still keep you.

The absolute best counseling/ therapy around! I personally have Jessica and she is amazing! I not only feel heard and validated, but when I am unsure of how to process something, she is there to walk me through it. When available both of the therapist I have seen at Life Strategies worked with my schedule to make sure I was able to be seen. Then they confirmed each appointment with me prior to the actual appointment which was appreciated. If I had any questions prior to seeing them I had their numbers to give them a quick text and often got a reply within a short while. Overall the experience is very personable, stimulating, and effective. I recommend this place to everyone.

This place is wonderful with my teens. And Myself. Jessica and Jess are great at what they do. My children feel at ease talking with them. Clinton has always been available if I needed to call and reschedule or to get ahold of Dr or therapist. I will not go anywhere else

My family has had a good experience with everyone at this office. They made the process to get started simple. They’ve offered telehealth as an alternative since covid which has made things easier on my family. My boys started going again in person recently and they enjoy their time with Sarah.

I have had a great experience with Life Strategies Counseling. In a short time working with my therapist, several of my issues have been resolved. I am impressed by the professionalism and courtesy I have received along with some much needed patience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for great services in therapy!

I have been a patient here since last year. The person I was to the person I am today is proof their expertise. Everyone involved with the clinic have been amazing! Would recommend them to anyone! P.s. My daughter started therapy here as well!

I was optimistic about finding this place. But it never seems anyone calls me back to make the apt and it’s phone tag. Also dr missed my appointment I was without meds and no one ever got back in touch with me until I called days in a row. My experience the office staff has bad communication skills. I went sick a lot because of no one ever calling back for the dr and refills siting empty for sometimes over a week. I had appointments I never even knew I had or scheduled and in the end it looked like I was be irresponsible and missing my appointments and the problem. When actually I went without the care I needed and was very sick at times. Whether the dr even knew of my appointments I wasn’t aware of them and acted as if I missed multiple appointments when in reality I had contacted everyday for several weeks. I believe the schedule is a mess and it stressed me out more than helped. Disappointed.

Unprofessional, rude and snarky. Had one GREAT therapist who stuck around and did excellent with my child. Then we went months without therapy, and the new therapist seems to think she's better than us. My child will not be returning to this therapy place.
