Sylvia is an AMAZING physical therapist! She's a true professional and will listen to your concerns and make a plan to help you heal. After I had a nasty injury to my neck and upper back, a few sessions with her relieved all my pain and got me back into the gym with no issues. She also showed me easy ways to stretch and lift weights to avoid future injuries. Highly recommend her services!

I have an active lifestyle and tend to overdo it at times. I saw Sylvia Ruetz, PT over one year ago when I strained my knee. I was in pain and limping when she came to my home. She had a mobile PT company, Healthy Image Physical Therapy. Sylvia was able to determine the exact areas to be treated with deep massage and ultrasound. I was able to walk without pain after the first session!
Recently, I “tweaked” my lower back trimming a large oak tree. I was in a lot of pain. Luckily, I was able to book a session with Sylvia at LifePT office in Clearwater right away. The assessment was comprehensive. I received a combination of glide cupping, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, joint stretching and targeted exercises. The results were impressive. After two sessions, I was back to normal! Thank you, Sylvia, for helping me again!
