They send all the forms and everything I had to read and sign 15 min before the session. So I lost about 10 min
Then their app is awful. It keeps disconnecting and to re connect I had to enter my name address and everything over and over again
I asked to do it on phone. They said they cannot give me the phone number and my phone was blocking them because their phone number is restricted. I couldn't to turn off the call screening and I lost the whole session.

WARNING TO THERAPISTS, THIS AGENCY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT QUALITY OF SERVICE. THEY ARE FOCUSED ON MAKING MONEY. BEFORE LIFESTANCE TOOK OVER I HAVD A FULL SCHEDULE ALMOST EVERYDAY. I HAVE FIVE STAR REVIEWS AS WELL. WHEN LIFESTANCE TOOK OVER THEY CUT OFF SERVICES THAT SUPPORTED THE THERAPISTS AND MADE SCHEDULING EASIER FOR EVERYONE. PREVIOUS OWNER HAD PROMISED TO KEEP MY SCHEDULE FULL, LIKE I SAID I NEVER HAD PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULING. WHEN LIFESTANCE TOOK OVER MY SCHEDULING BECAME A PROBLEM, CLIENTS REPORTED NOT BEING ABLE TO SCHEDULE BECAUSE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED, SOME OF MY CLIENTS WERE TOLD THAT I WAS NOT TAKING ANY MORE NEW PATIENTS AND LIFESTANCE ATTEMPTED TO PERSUADE THEM TO GO TO ANOTHER THERAPIST. SOME OF MY CLIENTS WERE TOLD THAT I NO LONGER TOOK THEIR INSURANCE AND LIFESTANCE NEVER TOLD ME THIS WAS GOING ON UNTIL SEVERAL OF MY PATIENTS PANICKED AND CONTACTED ME TO SHARE THE NEWS. THE FINAL STRAW WAS WHEN I WAS TOLD THAT LIFESTANCE WAS NO LONGER ALLOWING ME TO RECEIVE ANY NEW PATIENTS BECAUSE I DID NOT MEET THEIR QUOTAS. THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY NEEDED TO GIVE THE NEW THERAPISTS CLIENTS. I AND OTHER THERAPISTS HAVE TRIED TO SHARE OUR CONCERNS BUT HAVE BEEN FOR THE MOST PART IGNORED OR DISMISSED. MANY OF MY CLIENTS HAVE COMPLAINED THAT THEY WORRY EVERY TIME THEY GET A NEW THERAPIST BECAUSE SHORTLY AFTER THEY LEAVE. BY THE TIME I LEFT LIFESTANCE I WAS GETTING READY TO GO ON STRESS LEAVE BECAUSE MY DOCTOR FELT I WAS SIGNALED OUT AND WAS CONSTANTLY BEING HARASSED ABOUT MY INABILITY TO KEEP MY SCHEDULE FULL.THEY EXPECTED 85-90% RETURN IF YOU DON'T MAKE THE CUT THEY THREATENED TO TAKE AWAY OUR HEALTH BENEFITS. THIS COMPANY IS A NIGHTMARE FOR BOTH EMPLOYEES AND PATIENTS. THIS IS JUST A WARNING, IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE, I WISH YOU LUCK.

It was my first time coming back to therapy with Lifestance in about a year. I was not super thrilled with the relationship of my first therapist, but after a while I was ready to come back to therapy to try again. I set this appointment with a brand new provider a couple weeks in advance, even booking within my lunch hour at work to have ample time to meet both mine and the providers scheduling needs. I was in the virtual waiting room about 10 minutes early just in case, and I waited in the waiting room over 30 minutes and she never showed up. My appointment was for 12:30, I logged off at 12:50. It was pretty demoralizing as it is hard already to find good quality therapy that’s in network, but I will be trying to find therapy outside of Lifestance and their providers as they are not a good fit for me. For the sake of patients who are looking for guidance and care, please be more considerate.

The new login was cumbersome and inconvenient. Every piece of information and pictures (less my portrait) has been uploaded numerous times before and I know is on file.
