waited 2 weeks for the appointment, after being in the waiting room for 20 minutes someone showed up in chat telling me that the therapist does not do family therapy and that the had tried to contact me. I have zero emails other than initial confirmation of appointment, zero text messages, and zero voicemails or calls from LifeStance. Extremely disappointed and livid that I prepared for this session for 2 weeks and was excited to get help, only to be lied to and they canceled my appointment on the ten minutes into my appointment time. LifeStance obviously does not care about people. I should be charging them for the appointment they missed.

Do you like having no real personal connection to your caregivers and staff? Do you want clear and straightforward easy communication when you need help with a copay or appointment? Do you want to set up a face to face appointment without it getting changed to a telephone appointment without notifying you? Well you won’t get that help here, the doc my wife sees is good but the company and it’s policy’s is extremely difficult to deal with, they don’t even want to take copays at the location. Must be done online! Appointments are changed without notification. They tell you you’re good payment wise on the day, then a month later they change their mind and then say you owe for the appointment. It’s crazy, again the doc is good (why it’s getting a second star) but the company is impersonal and annoying.

An absolute scam, they wanted me in WEEKLY for minor anxiety and ADHD, they don’t discuss cost and say they will bill your insurance don’t mention anything about copays, then they bill you for $365 PER session so you get slapped with a $500 bill. Crap therapist too, she did nothing to address any of my concerns or even start with my issues. Just wanted to “get to know each other” the first sessions and again wanted me in WEEKLY for minor anxiety

As a psychiatrist, She is often helpful and homeopathy solutions to simple ease of health.
I appreciate our careful surveillance of the medicine she prescribes for me. She is the reason I am a client at Life Stance.

I feel like I totally wasted my time and money making an appointment with Kelly Spence! She was judgemental and absolutely didn't listen to my concerns and basically told me if I have another massive panic attack to go to the emergency room AGAIN! I wasn't looking to be put on a permanent medication but she insisted. I did more research after picking up the medicine from Walgreens and feeling apprehensive about how cold and unpleasantly I was treated just to find out most people actually feel more anxious for up to a month while this medication kicks in. She really is not personable and not helpful. I will not be taking this medication and won't be back. I wasted a day making sure my history was complete, available, and uploaded... I doubt she even looked at it based on her questions and crappy response and recommendations. Avoid this terrible lady like the plague! The sad thing is that everyone else who I spoke with making the appointment and the Clermont front desk was super nice and really helpful. A stark contrast to the so-called professional. I want my money back!

My provider is excellent, but the front desk is abhorrent. I called to get an email dress to send documents, and the girl at the desk gave me half the email then put me on hold to check in a patient. I waited for ten minutes and she never picked back up.

Originally told that my copay would be $50 per visit. After two visits and they told me I owed over $700. Now they are withholding my antidepressant medication. And will not even respond to the pharmacy which is how I found out how horrible this company is. Stay away. Their psychiatrist was great but I found another at less than $90/visit.

This doesn’t even touch their uncaring tone and the fact they scheduled me twice for virtual sessions after asking for in person therapy.

I was able to go to the website, find a therapist in my area that covered the things I wanted to discuss and whose bio made me feel comfortable and welcome, and schedule an appointment with that therapist quickly and easily. Met with my therapist for the first time today and they were wonderful! Definitely recommend LifeStance
