Met with Patricia for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I’ve had very negative experiences with psychiatrists in the past and Patricia superseded all expectations. She took her time to get to know me and seemed very genuine. From what it seems she has an amazing skill of balancing empathy, trust, and discernment in her treatment plans.

When seeing a psychiatrist you expect to actually receive help, and under this facility you dont. I had 4 psychiatrists in 6 months due to fact that 3 of them never listened to anything I said, and one "fired" me as a client and gave me to a new psychiatrist without telling me. Every psychiatrist I had never responded to their messages even when they claim to be fast responders, and anytime I needed help it was always "heres a higher dose" when infact they misdiagnosed as part of not listening to me which is why the medication never worked. My last psychiatrist did not respond for over 2 weeks and at that point I had left this facility. Unless you want medication for fun do not come here because they do NOT care. My first psychiatrist was also always doing other work and could never connect to me because she would rather fill out forms than listen so if you want genuine treatment please make this place a last resort! 🫶

Pros: Caring provider, offers online Telehealth appointments
Cons: The back office is extremely disorganized and I have not been able to get them to handle a simple records request despite several phone calls. After two months this is still unresolved. This is extremely frustrating and has been preventing me from being able to receive a refill on medication simply because they cannot fax a request to other doctor for records. It’s honestly unbelievable.

Worst customer service of any doctor's office on the planet. Waiting on hold for 30-60mins or more at a time to try to reschedule/cancel appointments or resolve billing issues. I was told twice that I would not be charged a cancellation fee but keep getting statements. Messages sent in the portal (their preferred method) are never responded to by anyone. If you select to be called back while on hold, they will call you back at exactly 3:30pm ET which is conveniently when the billing dept closes. Additionally, as a patient, I've been forced to wait in the virtual waiting room well passed my scheduled appointment multiple times and even asked to reschedule after waiting for 30-60 mins for the doctor to show up and now they have the audacity to wrongly charge me a late cancellation fee. I strongly suggest avoiding Lifestance Health for mental health services
