It’s such a shame when providers are more concerned with business than providing care. I had completed 12 appointments and never even showed up late and never needed to reschedule, the very first time there was a miscommunication in scheduling, after 12 visits, the office still insisted on charging the $50 no show. GREEDY! And also not very business savvy, since $50 is the last they’ll get from me.

If you decide to get care here, I recommend you be careful with this company’s scheduling practices. The therapist can create as many appointments as they want under your name, not tell you, and the office only sends appointment reminders AFTER the cancellation period has passed, so once you learn about an appointment you didn’t know existed, it’s too late and they’ll charge. Ask me how I know 🙂

I came to my appointment with an open mind and expecting to receive compassionate and understanding care from the provider. I got the completed opposite. The lack of compassion and the lack of proper communication and listening technics from the provider was overwhelming. After 3 minutes of general questions, their provider just wanted to quickly labeled me under a general diagnosis.
As I was trying to explained my symptoms, my situation and my previous treatment history the provider cut me off and told me “she do things by the book and if the books doesn’t recommended something she was not even going to discussed or tried”. She told me “that was the way she works”.
She was not ashamed of showed me how little she cared for me. It was awful.
I was treated like hamburgers order on a cheap fast food restaurant. Like a standard hamburger order that deserved no attention or care.
Like their website page advertised; I was hoping for an individualized personal care treatment/plan and not one size fits for all. I was expecting to be listened and to worked together with my provider to find what treatment worked better for me.
Very sad and disappointed. Their type of careless and rude providers is why many people don’t even try to look for mental health help in the first place and that’s why there’s no many stigmas regarding mental health care. I’m going to look for another place to receive the good quality, humanize, compassionate and personalized mental health care I need and I deserve. Not everyone have the dedication and compassion that it’s a necessary component to be able to properly provide mental health services. If I had any mental health problem to begin with, their provider made it 10 times worst. Horrible experience. I will not recommend their services to my worst enemy.

Not my normal, crowed, confusing and boring Dr’s office. Proffessional & friendly staff, no wait time, greeted inside waiting room by doctor. No rush or clock watching by physician. I was extremely impressed by everyone.

Since start of 2024 my patient experience has been very negative. No one answers phone anymore, call backs from waiting over 30 minutes on hold, failure to respond to portal requests multiple times, unable to make appointments and therapist unavailability. Spoke with an unknown therapist in Miami just to get my refills, ran out of meds and now waiting for my pharmacy to take 2 days to fill my meds. Very disappointed and will be finding another provider outside of the too big for your britches company.
