I've been seeing Dr. Sethi for a few years now, and he is a great psychiatrist. He answers all my questions about my medications and discusses side effects, which most psychiatrists don't do. He discusses in depth with me the pros and cons to any medication changes, and will suggest alternatives before we change. I am incredibly lucky to have found him, and I am satisfied with my care.

Today was my first visit, Staff are very friendly and professional at the desk, the waiting room has a lot of space with an open feeling. My visit was with Nurse Practitioner Thessamar, she was extremely through with me and listened and asked many questions which is so important to me, I feel as if I didn’t leave anything out. I felt very comfortable with her and she has given me hope and I’m ready and feel optimistic with my mental health journey. This was the best experience I have had with any mental health professional, I feel very grateful, thank you.

Your new system do not me go into the virtual room to have my session. The link sent on my phone didn’t open until an hour later. If I have my session on my laptop, why send a link to my phone? I didn’t even know the system changed. No consideration for the patient. Ah! The online payment worked super fine.

The service depends on your Doctor. If you don’t have a good experience or feel like one doc doesn’t understand you don’t give up. Ask for another one . I recommend Dr Downes . He has more experience than most and always reply fast to my messages and concerns.

First and foremost, Dr Downes, he is a awesome man, takes time and has patience when listening to his patients, the staff as well, staff sends you notices of upcoming appointments well in advance, they call you if there is a co pay in advance, unless you have it set up to automatically pay, Dr and staff make it as stress free as possible. So 5 stars is not enough to rate this bunch of wonderful people.

Lifestance has been a complete nightmare, with one shining exception: my therapist, Ashley Neri, who is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, everything else about this company is a disaster.

First, trying to call their office is an exercise in frustration—you’ll be on hold for at least an hour, guaranteed. The downtown Orlando office is so disorganized that I couldn’t even get past the support staff. Now, I’ve been forced to deal with the Kissimmee office since my therapist is on maternity leave, and it’s been nothing short of maddening. Honestly, the stress caused by this office outweighs the issues I’m seeking therapy for.

The Ocoee office deserves five stars, but the downtown and Kissimmee locations are the exact opposite. Once you manage to fight your way through their abysmal support staff, you’ll encounter therapists who show up late or skip your appointment entirely, only to lie about it afterward. They’ll claim, “I’ve been waiting for you,” promise not to charge you, and then sneak in the charges anyway.

Lifestance desperately needs to get its act together, or they’re going to drive away patients faster than they can book them.

My care team has done an exceptional job coordinating care, diagnosing, formulating a long term strategy for my needs. Both Dr. Sethi and Dr. Bleakley provide personalized care and recognize me individually vs. cookie cutter approach to care.

It is disheartening however when I see insurance companies dictating care to the doctor and reduce their much needed care to a rate far below the billing rate of our doctors. This seems to be an epidemic approach for insurance billing to limit care of the patient reducing payments to the doctors at embarrassing rates for trained professional and something that all readers of this review should start applying more pressure on your insurance carriers how you and your doctor are in charge of your care and the insurance companies need to omit themselves from being a deciding factor limiting the care that only you and your doctor should be approving not be approved by insurance. Such a shame that our insurance carrier don’t respect these doctors that are the trained professional.

I however do appreciate the open dialogue both of my current doctors in communicating their opinion and listening to the challenges the patients face. Thanks you for seeing me as a person and taking pride in what you do which gives people like me the opportunity to regain functional longer term lively hood instead of dealing with a disability alone and unheard.

Trust in these doctors and take pride when you stand strong against insurers dictating to you what care these trained professional are permitted to offer.
