This has been a really easy process for someone that ignores anything requiring elective effort. I feel more and more comfortable being myself after 3 sessions. I immediately felt genuine interest/care/dedication from my therapist, Hannah Glasrud. She truly listens, and reassures this by revisiting/following up with things so specific to me. She’s prompt/prepared/responsive/realistic and has validated my feelings more than anyone else. It’s obvious she continues to expand on her knowledge and keep herself informed with the modern world of developing mental health information. That shows she truly enjoys learning, values her greatness in the field and has real career passion for the way our brains work.

After so many therapists I've visited and been through, I had the amazing experience of having Dr. Selena as my therapist. She has a different way of doing things that worked well with me. She shares her knowledge and helps guide you. Her compassion is beyond others I have seen. She helped guide me for further help and seeks out other resources if needed to help you. I'm so grateful to her. Now, I have started with a new therapist here due to her moving into something else. I am now meeting with Tish, and am excited for our further meetings. Our first meet was really great. We jived the moment we talked. I feel so comfortable. Thank you both! I love the therapists here, they have been so supportive and present. Thank you!

Its basically IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of their billing department. They don't notify you for new charges, I got a random bill after I stopped being a patient here and I didn't even receive an email about it. I tried to contact billing, but i spent around an hour on hold. They never called me back even though they said they would hold my place in line, its absolutely ridiculous. It should not be this difficult to reach such an important department in healthcare.

I am very happy with my counselor so far. I feel so well cared for. I am excited for my next session. My counselor gently pulled me back when I would find myself off topic. I have great hope that she will give me a new insight and some tools to cope with some of the issues and challenges I have been having.

I can not say enough good things about Alex and LifeStance health. She is a phenomenal therapist and the majority of people in my life in Colorado now also go to LifeStance. They make therapy convenient and easy by accepting most insurances and allowing for virtual appointments.

The counselors are good, but their billing department is terrible. I was constantly overcharged for therapies i had paid. I contacted them several times and they wouldnt refund my money. If you have a balance they will just charge it from your bank account, they force you to leave a card on file. I decided to stop with my therapies because i got so tired of their stupid billing department charging me when i had the receipts for my paid visits.

Psychiatric NP did not listen. Therapist did not listen. Ended up with SSRI induced mania and feeling shamed by therapist for talking too much and told my mouth gets me in trouble. Just my experience. Fired the NP, probably going to fire the therapist soon if it can't get resolved. Had trouble getting in contact with my medication provider when I needed to, and when I called the target pharmacy for help, I hung up because they were useless. Beware. No one is going to care about you more than you.
