They make you come there an hour before your appointment. Paperwork and blood pressure doesn't take an hour. I am disabled and waiting an hour aggravated the herniated discs in my neck and back along with my arthritis. Please keep in mind that not all of us can sit in a chair for that long. Also, I'm still waiting for a therapist and I have yet to get a call about one and it's already been a few months. Obviously they don't care about patient's well being.

My boyfriend just got sent here and based off the reviews I’m not too happy about it. There is not one good review and that is just so sad. I pray that he is getting treated well. I will update when he is released. I’m surprised this place is up and running with all these bad reviews but let my boyfriend leave there and not have had a good experience 🤣 tuuhhhh

Unique and Larita (sp?) the front receptionist were very busy when I picked up my son yesterday. However, they were both patient, very understanding and took the time to refer to us as "the loved ones" of the patient. Which meant a lot to me. Unique did not know that I heard her say this but please let her know that it meant a lot to me. God bless 🙏 🌹 her understanding.

Lecanto program has the most frustrating communication. The staff causes mental health issues instead of healing them.
