My experience here has so far been absolutely amazing. I have a very long history of treatment centers and detox’s, including the Florida Shuffle. Which is absolutely horrible. I have also worked in this field. From the time that I walked in the door of Kingsway, I was and feel extremely welcomed. Kingsway is a different type of program, a program that does everything necessary to help and guide anyone in need a hand. The staff here, the counselors here, the people within the program are not only kind they are extremely helpful. My counselor and I have a great relationship. Kingsway is NOT your average program, they actually and honestly care about one’s recovery and their lives. Other places care more about the insurance policy or the financial gain, which is wrong because some people will never get a chance at recovery due to this extremely wrong practice. Kingsway is not that place. The staff at housing are so generous, so kind, and so helpful. They offer everything one would need to get and stay sober. I have retained more information and more tools to keep my sobriety here at Kingsway then I have almost anywhere else that I have gone. I would suggest anyone and everyone that requires help to get and stay sober to check out Kingsway. Trust me. You will not regret it. Shout out to counselor John, counselor Krystal, and all the other staff members.

I came to Kingsway in October 2020, for my IOP (intensive out patient) care. It was phenomenal, literally saved my life. I came in beaten, battered and broken from over a decade of opiate addiction, and was granted a new lease on life. The therapy, both individual and groups, helped me so much in my recovery. I spent 10 months here without any issues, I was blessed with the opportunity, and I've met dozens to hundreds of amazing new people through their program and in the rooms of 12 step fellowships that Kingsway encouraged us to go to as clients.

Kingsway itself is NOT a 12 step fellowship. They encourage all forms of recovery, and that's part of what made it great, honestly. I cannot out into words how great Kingsway was for me. Literally, honestly saved my life, and all I had to bring was willingness, open mindedness and honesty.

I came to Kingsway in July 2021. I was 8 months sober from drugs and alcohol but struggling enormously with a compulsive gambling addiction. The prior facility i was attending notified me they where unable to assist me with my gambling addiction. It was at this time I was referred to Kingsway.

I arrived at Kingsway and was greeted with nothing but support. The owner of the facility would take time out of his day to work with me on a nearly one on one basis. With the help of the facilities owner and various members of the support staff, I am pleased to say that I am 10 months removed from my gambling addiction. Slowly but surely I am restoring my financial health from complete ruins due to my gambling.

My progress has been noted by the staff at Kingsway as they requested my assistance in helping work with others who are struggling. I now volunteer at the facility to mentor other individuals who struggle with gambling addiction and other forms of behavioral addictions. If your struggling with gambling Kingsway is the answer.

Here at kingsway there’s so much of a family vibe. The staff is so great, it makes for a welcoming environment. From the CEO down to management, there’s always involvement with the staff and patients. I would recommend anyone who is dealing with substance abuse and or mental health to come give kingsway a try. You will be sure to have a great experience from admission to graduation depending on how far you take it.

I spent about 5 1/2 months in the IOP program here. All told, I don't think I would have any sobriety success without it. The staff is phenomenal and the curriculum is useful through and through if you apply it. When it's all said and done, you have to want it. If you do....Kingsway will get you to where you need to be

I would recommend Kingsway to anybody looking for outpatient treatment. I have personally been to over 8 treatment centers, and I’ve never found one such as Kingsway. I’d like to recognize my counselor mike for providing me with treatment and advice that has changed in my life in a positive way I never thought was possible.
