My journey started at lighter living counseling in may of 2023, I was skeptical at first because of past experience I have had with other places. Not even a few moments into my first session I knew there was something different about this place. Sheliah who I have been seeing since I’ve been there took me in and have helped me tremendously find myself again and find peace in my own life and peace also in my future. Not only have I done one on one counseling with sheliah but also have attended two groups that used the two amazing talents of sheliah and KD (life coach) who structured a group to help woman find there selves connect with others experiencing similar situations and overall find the peace and guidance to navigate this world.
