I was referred to them because I had a friend that was in crisis mode that needed to be admitted. I made several attempts to contact the director directly and the admission staff. I waited on hold... They never returned my call for over seven hours, so I was pretty much forced to call 911 to help my friend get medical help because it is Friday. Terrible customer service as far as I know... They should probably use some of the insurance money and hire someone to answer the phone. Nobody answers the phone ALL day long during normal business hours on two different lines? Get it together plz
