After 30-40 minutes searching my email for anything from this company about the consultation I had scheduled, they text me 10 minutes after my appointment should have started to ask where I was, and then gaslit me about sending a reminder email that I never received (search all my emails for lillac, counceling, therapy, zoom, Telehealth, appointment, and even looked through my spam folder). When I texted back to ask about a reminder email and said i did not get it, the person or whoever on the other end cancelled my consultation and tried to insist on calling me even after i said I had a really bad morning (panic attack) and could not answer a call right then. Then the person told me I would benefit from in-person therapy and would not need to contact them anymore since they don't offer that.
I just wasted 2 months thinking I was about to started therapy just for someone who doesn't even know me to cancel my chance and all future chances because I didn't want to be called right that minute. I also explained I had another appointment to get to.
