I have enjoyed my experience at Live Well so far! The admin team is amazing and always reading and willing to answer any questions I have about the process or scheduling. I tried two different therapists and they were both excellent at creating a safe space where I felt comfortable and HEARD! The first therapist was great but I wanted a different approach and perspective and the staff was super helpful in getting me matched with a therapist who better matched my needs and requests. Overall I would highly recommend Live Well to anyone searching for QUALITY services!!

I just wanted to thank my therapist and the entire Live Well team for all their support. I reached out to Live Well during a time where I just needed to talk to someone and just make time for me to understand what was going on in my life. My therapist was so kind and supportive and helped me put into words and understand what I was feeling. I’m not sure how to feel.

I was hopeful when I found them through my insurance. I sent an inquiry about 1 therapist and Brittany S. was quick to reply that my requested therapist wasn’t available, but scheduled a callback to see if I was open for another therapist. Great service off the bat! I accepted.

It was a mess after that with scheduling where the front desk messed up TWICE. I guess they booked me with someone who wasn’t even hired and then booked me with someone that wasn’t aware they were given a client because they didn’t show up to the session? The 3rd time I was rebooked with Erika, the founder. I got a call and made to feel special because the founder/ owner called and was going to see me. Ok.

First session with Erika went well. I won’t lie. She made me feel heard. Second session started great, but toward the end she was clicking around on another screen and not fully present. I never heard back other than an email with the invoice to charge me for the session.

Mind you, Sam at the front desk says THEY will call ME to schedule, so.. did they just decide to drop me? Just overall unprofessional.

I love Live Well! The space is so welcoming and cozy, and the candles (or diffusers) in the office made me feel calm and comfortable. Kayla, and the team, are nice and compassionate. Every time I reach out or have questions, Kayla responds immediately. I have recommended Live Well to my family and friends, and they also love and appreciate the compassion and guidance from their therapists at Live Well.
