I had such a wonderful experience at Live Well! The front desk staff were so accommodating and answered all of my questions. I was informed up front about my insurance benefits and what my copay would be so I did not have any surprises. I liked that I was able to book my own appointment electronically. I was paired with my therapist based on my needs and I really liked that they took the time and extra measures to make sure I found the right fit for me. Live Well Therapy has many therapists. They have TeleVisits as well as in person visits and there is a patient portal where the patient can see their upcoming scheduled appointments or make any changes. They also have a great website where you can see the therapists and their approach to mental health counseling. A safe space for any teen struggling with the fears and anxieties of their generation, Live Well is a great place for teens and their parents.

I called and inquired about a few therapists for my teen and I spoke to Alyssa who was phenomenal. She carefully and thoughtfully listened to my requests and found someone who fit my teen’s schedule and needs. When my child had a long term schedule change, Alyssa was kind, and accommodating. She patiently figured out a way where my child could still see their therapist and keep the after school schedule. Alyssa is a true gem and a welcoming & soothing voice ready to answer any question.

Jackie P. is the therapist who works with my child. Jackie is fantastic. She is young enough where my teen feels she is relatable but old enough to understand the concerns a parent may have. When we met with her she listened to our concerns and we left knowing our teen would thrive with Jackie P. She is thoughtful, kind, relevant, and just cool. My teen looks forward to the time with Jackie and I am certain my teen is in very good hands.
