First, let me say that Michelle and the other staff I worked with during scheduling are great. They truly care about the care provided to their clients and they are responsive if you ever need to contact them. Despite the other reviews, I was happy with my interaction at Livewell.

I called this place looking for play therapy for my children 5 and 6 years old. They immediately gave me an appointment so no initial assessment or anything. I filled out a lot of paperwork where I wrote down my child’s behavioral issues and challenges.They actually don’t look at this we had our first appointment and the second one I got the remainder for our appointment showed up and they told me they can’t work with my kid because the therapist is a student so she is not fully equipped to work with a kid that has a tantrum or ADHD or is in the spectrum I still don’t get what the reason was but the fact that no one called us to cancel and explain anything to me was disrespectful. Also with only one session you can’t even get to know the child, they should either do an assessment first and then take patients or after a first session they should have a supervisor supervising and talking to the parent. Be aware before taking your kids that their personal is not qualified and doesn’t have supervision during session.

Mental health was never mentioned with in my family, friends or community and it’s real. Live well is amazing and I feel safe sharing while I healthy mentally.

I've been seeing Michelle for over a month now, and I've already began to feel improvement with in my life. I love that she tells me like it is and is not afraid to hurt my feels by saying what I may not want to hear. Prayer is always so natural with her and I am able to instantly feel the presence of the Holy Spirit while in our sessions. I must say she is an exceptional Therapist and I am excited to overcome all that I am battling with in my live. I know that I must be patient but I am definitely off to a healing start with Michelle's experience and fearlessness to direct her patients. Started off well and ended horribly. They lack management skills especially Camry their assistant. She is awful. They call you back just to cover themselves but are never actually available when you need to talk to someone. When they call you back they say no one is available now but we'll have someone contact you which does not happen. Anyone who is depressed and considering this place for therapy. Don't. Look elsewhere or you will end up dead waiting for them. They do not care. The one star only goes to Tracy the front desk person. She is good at her job. However, they quickly jump in and screw things up even more when they overhear an issue on the phone. Run for your life

I started with Michelle and Livewell over two years ago for individual therapy. Michelle got straight to work, and so did I. Many people have an unrealistic expectation of what counseling will do in their lives. It is never an easy process, but in order for people to get better we have to be open and willing to face our issues/truths and WORK through them. Michelle and I have worked together to work on at least 4 different relationships in my life (including my relationship with myself). I will continue to see Michelle until she can no longer see clients. If you are looking for real change, real help then go to Livewell and roll your sleeves up!The office is conveniently located, and has a warm and welcoming feeling. The staff is very professional and accommodating.

Livewell Behavioral Health Services is a mental health clinic with heart. Awesome practitioners that are THERE FOR YOU. They worked with me to find my medication balance and help me find a life that's stable which is very important. I suffer from Bipolar disorder and have tried a plethora of medications and treatments. Finally I'm doing better and able to start real therapy to address traumas that have severely impacted me.

They work with me, schedule blood work when necessary, and have been instrumental in helping me move in the right direction.
