I have been a customer of Living Well for about a year. Working nights was taking a toll and I was looking for sustainable changes for managing the shift work lifestyle. Barbara's evidence based recommendations were easy and inexpensive to incorporate into my day to day routine. Now my energy levels are consistent and it doesn't take me a full day of sleep to recover from my work week. A few added perks have been less abdominal discomfort, clearer skin and maintained weight loss. 🙌 Can't wait to see what's next!

I finally did a foot bath at Living Wellness and it was beyond my expectations I must admit ! Barb goes the extra mile. I took a before and after picture of my toe in question, it was getting discoloration (perhaps a little fungus ?) , but after the foot bath it was cleared up! Needless to say I was surprised as I am a little skeptical . Also I noticed I felt more energy.
The experience was so relaxing, birds in the background singing to u as u receive your foot bath surrounded by beautiful decor .
I highly recommend Living Wellness for other treatments as well , she takes great care of u . The massage here is also wonderful.! I will be coming back ! T

Barbara has created a professional, yet casual place to unwind, relax and rejuvenate. With beautiful views of the lake, and surrounded by nature , flowers , and decorated in a whimsical, lovely decor. Barbara is also well educated on how to help you get healthy and is always studying new ways to teach you how to fit in eating healthy for your lifestyle..I enjoyed my time here so much, I visit regularly and would recommend you to do the same.

I have been going to Living Well Spa for 5 years and honestly I have to say this is the first review I have ever written for anything ever. I think the amazing changes I've seen in myself and my 2 children from the floating, detoxing, cooking, nutritional counseling should be shared. My children were overweight, had ADD, Aspergers, anxiety, addicted to screens, poor eating and sleeping habits. Now they are successful, healthy, happy, calm, college students who get amazing grades, my youngest is in his 2nd year of college at 17 and getting straight A's. None of this would be possible without the work of Barb. My kids still go up on Sundays to cook and float and visit. Health and emotional well being in the next generation is something Barb feels very passionately about and stays committed to giving them the tools to live their best life. The spa just went through an amazing makeover too. A brand new spa tank, new carpets, everything is sparkling fresh and it's the perfect time for anyone who might be interested in getting healthy and changing their life to give her spa a try. You're worth the investment.

The food we were given was tasty, but all the relaxation from the spa treatments / float tank we got was kinda diminished by the lack of cleanliness. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with a nice gift... he was definitely surprised by the sponge floating in the float tank :/ Also it wasn't totally silent either.
