Lori is the best therapist I know (and I’m in the field)! Using EMDR, we worked through some traumas I thought were resolved. What a difference in my life! My anxiety is practically gone and I feel strong and capable to make decisions. I now choose relationships that are positive and walk away from those that are not. I recommend Lori McGruder for therapy in person or via Telehealth. She is very effective!

You can tell she really cares genuinely about her profession. I messaged her and unfortunately needed something cheaper to be able to afford it, and for 2 days she was sending me referrals. She didn’t have to do that but she did and that shows what a great person she is.
