The help I've received through such an unsure time has been invaluable. Through medical issues and fighting for my health, to getting my diagnosis, needing brain surgery and even after my recovery, Gloria has always been the brightest light for me. I can't imagine how much harder everything would have been without her. I would recommend Gloria to anyone who could really use help getting through some hard times, 1000%.

I am going thru an incredibly bad time right now,it's been almost 10yrs. worth, and I have just started seeing Gloria. I am so glad my doc sent me for counseling. I can’t speak on the practice as far as the therapy administered because I’ve been calling consistently since late October 2022 (it is now late January 2023) and I have yet to make an appointment because they do not answer the phone. You can call Monday through Friday at any time of the day and I guarantee they will not pick up. In the 3 months I’ve attempted to contact the practice I have received a total of 3 call backs from a blocked number. You’re left to answer every spam call you receive because if you don’t you will miss the small window of opportunity to potentially get someone at Lori Sarvis on the other line. The one and only time my call was answered was by a baby and I got hung up on. If you look down at the reviews many people have been having this experience. It’s negligent and unprofessional. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Move on to another practice and seek professionalism else where because Lori Sarvis and Associates isn’t it.

UPDATE: I got a call back 4 hours after writing the review.. Whomever called was truly pleasant but proceeded to tell me that “no therapy practice you call answers the phone.” I had to stop her there because that is 100% false information. I’m incredibly flexible and understanding however, I don’t stand for “professionals” that don’t take accountability. I figure that if they aren’t in the business of serving your clients you should just close the practice and move on. Too many people are sharing the sentiment that this group just doesn’t care for customer service.

Stay away from this office and Lori. My mom saw Lori a few times for anxiety during covid. When my mom had a few anxiety attacks and much need for a consultation she called Lori's office and left multiple messages asking for an appointment. She was forced to leave messages because the receptionist never answered. She was in so much need that one of those times she left a message crying asking for help and an appointment. During the darkest moments when my mom was actually brave enough to reach out for help, Lori ignored her pleads. My mom never got a call back. No one called her back to do a follow-up or check up on her. I don't know how someone who works with people who are going through such vulnerable times, can ignore someone so blatantly. If you want someone who will truly help you through life, stay as far away as possible from Lori and her office.

My first attempt at an appointment with Gloria did not happen. The email with the virtual meeting link was never sent, and there was no phone call to remedy the situation when the appointment time was scheduled to occur.
Second attempt at an appointment with Gloria was successful. There was follow up with my paperwork, but when I tried to call to schedule the next appointment two different times I never heard back from them.
I can’t really rate Gloria since the initial consult was very generic and preliminary.

I have been having relationship issues with my life partner. After looking on Psychology.com, I made an appointment with Lori Sarvis and Associates. It was to my misfortune to be paired with Ms. Gloria Gonzalez. To start she was 30+ minutes late to our therapy session. After that she began basic questions all of which had already been provided in the initial questionnaire. She was abrasive and uncompassionate. When I tried to talk to her about my partner's mental health issues and the possibility of suicide, her response was, “Let Her!” I do not believe that any mental health professional should give advise which condones suicide or tries to dissuade anyone of helping someone suffering from mental illness. I think it should be the duty of any mental health or medical professional to try and preserve life and help those in need. I do not recommend Lori Sarvis and Associates. Please if you or someone you know needs help get it elsewhere.

I can't say enough about how grateful I am to have Lori Sarvis as my therapist. I started seeing Lori when I was at my lowest and because of her & the work we have done I have hope again & a new look on life! I highly recommend Lori! The office staff is amazing! Everyone is so compassionate

I had Lisette ten Hoopen, Astrologer who is part of the group do mine & my daughters Birth Charts. It was the 1st time I have ever had my birth chart done, read & explained to me. Lisette takes her time explaining & makes sure you understand everything thats in your houses. It shed some light on areas of my life that I can work on/improve through therapy with Lori. It was so on point I have goose bumps! I can't recommend Lisette enough!

I only gave Gloria 4 stars because I have only seen her once. I made another appointment today because I have a feeling that if anyone can help me I think it’s Gloria. She’s tough but I need someone tough, she didn’t let me BS her, she called me out and that’s the first therapist that did that for me. I’m looking forward to getting better and working with her.
