Dropped as a client via text without a single call or follow up. I requested a call and nobody called. I requested for them to bill my insurance and not do private pay, they did the opposite, resulting in thousands in bills. They also dropped my friend as a client and never got back to him regarding when to come back.

It is frustrating to spend months telling someone your life only to start all over because management does not know how to address or retain clients.

The therapists are great, but management really needs to fix their SOP. There is never someone at the front desk, they never answer the phone and take weeks to get back to you (if they decide you are worthy for a call back). I much rather do Zoom or in-person at a different clinic that won’t drop me without any notice or follow-up. Everything was always paid on-time, despite my request to bill my insurance. I never once cancelled a session. I followed all of their rules. I would border on saying there is something incredibly suspicious happening behind the scenes with billing.

The only reason I am giving them two stars is because of their therapists.

Anibel is my second therapist I’ve ever seen and it was the best match I’ve ever had in my not so big experience with therapists. Anibel was very communicative with me, asked questions and listened. Through getting to know me more and my pain body she decided EMDR was a great approach and I can say it definitely was! She is genuinely one of my biggest cheerleaders and the support I received was more than I could’ve imagined. My experience was genuinely very eye and heart opening.
