I recently started having sessions with Arleen Patin at the Love Discovery Institute, and it’s been a fantastic experience. The office environment is clean and soothing, which immediately made me feel at ease. For me, having a dedicated space that feels safe and inviting has been incredibly beneficial—much better than just staring at a screen (which seems to be is all we do nowadays).
Arleen has a wonderfully soothing voice that creates a comfortable atmosphere for sharing. Her extensive knowledge and genuine passion for helping others really shine through during our sessions. She is incredibly patient, listening without judgment while providing guidance, strategies, and techniques to help address the bad habits and issues on my journey to better mental well-being.
