Melissa aka Neytiri helped me put myself back together as I was finding myself at 52, not able to hold my world together any longer. I was in such despair and as a result, not only my mental health but also my physical health was taking a deep dive. Neytiri is VERY intuitive and able to dial in using different techniques. She has an AH-Mazing array of "tools" in her basket. The primary therapy we used for my situation was EMDR, it was life-changing. She tends to know which direction to go in each session, and she kept me on task, redirecting rather than allowing for diversion and delay. She has a gentle way of bringing about the truth and helping me to understand the root of the issues I was having and the mental/physical correlation to specific life events. Neytiri is down-to-earth, honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. She offers ideas /solutions on how to best work thru issues we uncovered. In the end, it was always my choice how to proceed. She doesn't back down, yet she is gentle in her approach. She keeps it real. She is honest about herself and doesn't think she is, or portray herself as super human. Although I feel she has super powers! I do appreciate her and her unique skill set.
I have seen 5 different therapists in my adult life, and never have I felt so accomplished and empowered thru any other therapy. She is simply the BEST!
