Not the worst truck stop that I've ever been too, but for a Loves they fall short of thier own standards not just mine. The trucker parking where most of the mess usually is actually wasnt bad at all. The inside needs some "Love" so to speak. The bathrooms were dirty, the fountain drink area was all sticky, they were out of some size cups and there was trash all over. Mind you I picked up the trash to do my part as I cant just see that stuff and leave it as I see myself then as part of the problem. Some of the food in the hot bar was past its "pull time" you could see it was old, dry & time to toss out.

Still cant go wrong with options for food, snacks, drinks, other goodies & trucking supplies.

Loves in my experience are usually pretty good, and this one hits the mark. Cleanliness is the most important for me when it comes to gas stations, and the prices of fuel also helps if they’re competitively priced. Loves prices are the best I’ve seen lately and their service was good in the store. I’d go back to a Loves yet again after this visit. Also, lots of items in the shop. If you need an ATM there’s one here too.

Walked in on me in the shower. Music blaring. No knock. Faulty lock. Wasn't going to post until I had a tow warning on my truck.

Is this not a TRUCK STOP?

I can kinda understand parking in the front to go to sleep being bad. However, taking a shower for an hour or so? That's a reason to haul a truck driver that suppose to be there? & I'm on the far side away from the handicaps?

Petty af. If I worked their I'd be salty to see someone doing better too ig. It's not a reason to blatantly mistreat a random person you don't know.

Running a great shop guys keep up the great work smfh. 👏👏👏(sarcasm)

Do NOT order food at this McDonalds. It took 45 minutes to get an order for a Big Mac and a quarter pounder. The women that took the order tried to be helpful but it seemed that she had no way to speed up the kitchen. I could see a tall man in the back goofing off while about 12 people waited for their food. He seemed to take pleasure in the fact that we were all waiting for our food. He would be out of a job if I owned this place. People actually left without their orders because it was taking so long. The food was also the worst McDonald’s I have ever had. However the Loves gas and bathrooms were clean and efficient as always.

Plentiful gas pumps in front for cars, rear section for trucks.
Store has a lot of different things to eat & merchandise to browse. Clean and large ladies restroom, which includes a gauge to indicate if you find them satisfactory. Showers available. Brightly lit wide aisles. Hand disinfectant at the door.

10-22-24. Traveling Route 301? If so this is a great pit stop as it is fronting on 301 no need to take any side roads. Gas prices not bad and their windshield wash stations are excellent full of soapy clean water with broom stick long squeegees makes it super easy to get these FL bugs unstuck from your glass!! Inside the store and restrooms are very clean. There is a McDonald’s in the plaza and we had lunch there. Quick service and the food was good. I am a Hawthorne local. I go here all the time for gas, cigarettes and beer. There is one employee I absolutely love. She is so kind and friendly every time I go in and I wish I could remember her name. She seems to have black hair pulled back into a pony tail and she has a kind of new york or new jersey accent. She is EXEMPLORY! I really wish I could remember here name. Every time I go in and she is working I know I am going to get the BEST customer service. She seems to really care about her customers. You would be an idiot not to give her a promotion or raise.

Stopped for gas on our trip. The bathrooms were super clean and even smelled good. They also have a dump station for $10. 👌🏻
