I cannot express how grateful I am that I was lead to Mind Fitness. From the first time meeting Luca, I had a great feeling about him and his program. My 17 year old son was struggling in school with grades, social anxiety, depression, and just having a really rough time. He immediately agreed to participate in Luca’s program, after sitting down and meeting with him. Everytime my son leaves a session he has a HUGE smile on his face. He’s even said it’s like “magic.” Luca explains things thoroughly so that my son understands everything and in a way that really connects with him.
