I have been seeing Lucie on and off for the past 4 years and in that time Lucie has created a safe space to allow me to heal and grow from past traumas and anything else that might be going on. She’s always available and provides creative solutions through book, podcast, exercise, psychology & neuroscience-based suggestions. She’s approachable, keeps it real, never approaches a situation with judgement. I always feel like she really just wants the best for me. Her ability to identify and explain what’s going on has allowed me to become better at navigating life situations and I am beyond grateful for her continual help.
