I’ve been going to Luminescence Counceling for a couple months and they have really changed my life, I’m in a much better place! The office is located in a beautiful building with stunning views of the river. The moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease.

The therapist who I see is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and helped me work through some personal issues I was experiencing. She was kind, empathetic, and truly listened to everything I had to say. I felt like she really cared about my well-being and was dedicated to helping me find solutions to my problems.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of counseling services. The amazing view and great vibe make it a truly unique and special place, and the caring and knowledgeable therapists make it an invaluable resource for anyone looking to improve their mental health.

Thank you so much to all the staff at Luminescence counseling, this is truly the best place to go if you need to talk to someone. Jessica was very professional and did her job well. She helped me and my fiance tremendously and we will be forever grateful. The place feels at home when you walk in but the rooms are private and nicely decorated. You couldn't ask for a better place and I am sad we have complete therapy but if i ever need someone to help me again, I know I will be coming here. This review is overdue and it may be a long one, so buckle in. I'm breaking my anonymity and attempting to break stigma to write this public review because there is no shame and it could save a life. I can't possibly find the words to express the gratitude I have for Luminescence Counseling. I owe the most appreciation to my incredible therapist/counselor/advisor/mentor/teacher/life coach (lol she wears so many hats for me), Jenn. I know she will never take the credit, but she doesn't have a choice in the matter. This woman played a major role in saving my life. Looking back at how far I've come blows my mind.

I have tried counseling in the past and barely made it through one session. It was never a good experience and I never got much value from it. From my first session with Jenn, a switch flipped. For some reason, maybe divine intervention/right place at the right time, I actually wanted to come back the next time.

I was in such a fragile place when we started working together that she had to layer and advance incredibly slowly and gently with me. She went at the perfect pace, but also didn't let me make excuses or sugar coat the important things. She told me straight up that her goal is for her patients to not need her anymore except for tune ups when needed. Even just hearing that made me feel better, that things can turn around. We started weekly, gradually tapering down to every other week, and now monthly. I'm proud of that progress. I'm also proud that I've given myself the gift of continuing to work with Jenn. At this point we've moved on from the emergency triage/crisis sessions to more holistic healing practices, personal growth, and deeper layers of the onion.

All this to say, if you're reading this wondering, "Is this the place for me?" It sure is if you're looking for an intuitive, loving, empathetic, atmosphere for the sometimes challenging internal work that leads to glorious rewards.

But don't book Jenn up completely so she doesn't have time for me! Lol

I’ve been going to Luminesence Counseling for a few months now and they are amazing. My boyfriend and I were doing couples counseling and Stephanie helped us through everything. They really listen to you and make you feel heard. That was super important to me when looking for counseling. I would recommend them to anyone!

It’s not an exaggeration to say Luminesence counseling literally saved my life. I saw Kimberlee over the course of a year to help me deal with grief and some other life issues. They were the third office I visited and when I walked in, I knew right away this was the place for me. The office was warm and felt like home. They have a cute coffee/tea bar and the entire staff was always friendly, professional and welcoming.

I have done a complete 360 in life mentally, physically and spiritually after my sessions with Kimberlee and Andrea. Andrea is amazing also! My life feels much more balanced and I feel a deep sense of inner peace. I’m just sad I’m feeling better and don’t have an excuse to come in anymore because the sessions were always a highlight to my week!

Luminescence Counseling gave me such a warm feeling upon entering their offices, with their home away from home atmosphere. The counselors are very accommodating and seem to want the best for those who walk through their doors. During my visit to Luminescence, my needs and wants were always at the forefront of all services provided.
