I’ve had a few therapists in my life and Alejandro is by far one of the most amazing people I’ve met and been counseled by. He has a solution for pretty much everything. No matter what curve ball life throws at me and I bring to him, there is an exercise to be done about it. I’ve grown so much as a person by being persistent in the sessions, no matter how many days I wake up not feeling like going, I go because he has never given up on me. I don’t see the change right away, some take longer than others, but it’s working. The tools he’s given me to navigate my life are things people take for granted, put them to work, the tools be healing! I am so grateful for Alejandro and I know I’m not a lost cause because of how he’s help build me up and held me accountable throughout our sessions. Truly can’t repay him for how much he’s done for me. Thank you , Alejandro. You’re a life saver.
