This counseling service offers the best therapists anyone could ever ask for. Not to mention, the Secretary/ Office Manager goes out of her way to make sure everything is well coordinated for you and will assist in getting someone checked in and any other registration items she can help with. Now, to give you the low down on the therapists. I was broken and sincerely needed someone to assist me in the direction I needed to go to put all the pieces back together, and to be honest with me when I needed directions on how to stay away from the people, places, things, etc. I did not need/or did need to put effort in my life to be mentally well. Melissa is an amazing, caring, gifted therapist. I know I get better week by week and I feel healthier (however I still need my therapist). Every person has a different level of care they need, and Lutz Counseling Services is the best in the entire Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas County areas to offer these services.

Melissa Bretz is an excellent counselor. She has provided support for my elementary age child to help cope with anxiety. We have seen lots of growth in her ability to manage her anxiety and feel comfortable in social situations. It was difficult for me to choose a professional I felt comfortable with working with my child. I spent time researching and speaking to several groups before arriving at Melissa. Melissa is compassionate and knowledgeable. She has made a lasting impact on my child. I highly recommend her.
