I highly recommend giving this office a try if you are looking for a psychiatrist. They have two providers at this location and patients can also see the Chicago team virtually. The office is open 7 days a week, so, between these two things, they are always able to find time for patients. I greatly value this after having to wait several months at other offices. I have been so impressed by the office's commitment to stabilizing patients. Dr. Dees is very involved with the practice and goes above and beyond to ensure that her patients have access to the care they need. Not to mention the front of the shop has a gift shop with some of my favorite candle brands!

So happy I ran across this place! The office is so beautiful and I feel so at home for my appointments. Doug is incredible at accommodating my crazy schedule. No matter which doctor I see, I feel taken care of. Highly recommend!

Also, there’s a gift shop. I just thought it was beautifully decorated. I love the little trick or treaters. I had to stop myself from buying them all.

I HIGHLY recommend this facility for TMS and Psychiatric therapy! After about 3 months under their care and medication, we agreed that it would be a great benefit to add TMS into my wellness plan. Like everyone, I was skeptical and never heard about it before. Dr Dees has a great way of explaining the benefits and what to expect. It does feel odd at first, but it does not hurt at all! Like a little bird tapping your head. After a few sessions, I would breathe and relax so much that I would be nodding off!
I have just finished all 36 of my sessions (going 5 days a week for 18 minute sessions), and I am sleeping better than I ever have. Even while going through menopause and the stress of buying a new house!

All of the staff is wonderful, and they care about each individual person making sure that you are comfortable. I adore each one of the young ladies that administer the TMS. To go hand in hand with the TMS, I also see Yuliya through online appointments for my psychiatry visits. Her smile is so warm, and she asks me every time how my kids are doing and other things I have mentioned in sessions.

At first I was a little confused where they were located, but Dr. Dees has 2 offices. One in Winter Garden Florida, and the other in Chicago IL. She splits her time between each office, and the psychiatry appointments can be done in person, or online with another one of her staff that is in Chicago.

I feel SO much better after starting to see them and completing all of my TMS sessions. They really do make you feel beautiful on the inside and out. My hot air balloon is full (as Dr. Dees explains it)

I was BLOWN UP with texts, emails, and phone calls like it was election time and that’s a turn off. Upon arrival I was checked in and immediately shown the “boutique” side the office which felt odd. My appointment was only 15 minutes long and I feel as if I had a rushed session of 50 questions with no connection. From my understanding with my primary doctor the first visit should be no less than 45 minutes to and hour long. I was then asked to ask Dr Dee’s a question which I felt really awkward about because usually doctors introduce themselves at the beginning of the appointment. The space was clean but there were a handful of shoes in the corner and it felt more like someone’s house than an office. Mentioning my therapist and he qualifications, Dr Dees made a subtle reaction for some reason and it made me uncomfortable.
The staff is nice, but fairly clueless and spacey. I called with an urgent medical question about the medication and never received a call back. I have been left struggling without any guidance on how to handle the situation while waiting to see someone new.
I do not recommend at all!
