I was truly lucky to have Ashley as my therapist when I was going through an extremely rough time. She is one of the most incredible people I know. As a therapist, her knowledge and skill helped me to change my entire life. She pushed me to find confidence in myself, and to find and become a better version of myself. In groups, she addressed a myriad of issues, ranging from eating disorders, substance abuse, co-dependency, as well as all the behaviors which go hand in hand with chemical dependency. Group sessions led by Ashley challenged all of us to examine our past actions , experience feelings which we had been running from our entire lives , and explore future possibilities, all done in a supportive setting.
With Ashley’s guidance, I was able to move forward, find peace , and build a life for myself which i never would have thought possible.
