The level of care is so good and personalized you wouldn't even know it's virtual! This place is such a hidden gem, and I'm happy to have taken control of my mental health again with the help of this practice. Shoutout to the call center scheduling staff for the friendly, quick service! I am pleased to experience such greatness at MCP.

NP Jane Lao is an exceptionally knowledgeable and insightful provider with an extensive expertise in psychopharmacology. Her comprehensive understanding and skill in medication management are invaluable! I highly recommend her.

Treatment is provided by televideo and proceed to be an ideal option for my husband who had mobiliario issues. I also used this service and we were each provided le own therapist to address our individual needs. Getting prescriptions was very easy. They were flexible with appointment times which accommodated muy husband's cancer treatments. If you like the convenience of appointments by video this is an excelente choice.

SCAM! had first appointment set for my child. No call, no email, no link sent for the appointment. Phone calls or texts are not responded to. Seems like company uses an automatic recording to divert calls and screen them. Stay away!

I came in here after a long time without treatment I finally took the chance and decided to give this place a try. I'm impressed of my experience here. I felt comfortable and at ease and my doc was real informative, attentive, and on point. She asked the right questions to choose the best treatment for me and gave great advice.A lso paid attention to my needs and concerns. Dr. Olloh is one of the most caring and sensitive therapists I've had the privilege to see. I went to see her for TMS treatment. She screened me and gave me an initial evaluation and assessment, and determined that I was a good candidate for this treatment. She was very patient with me and understanding of my situation and gave me very helpful suggestions and recommendations which are already helping me in overcoming my depression. I had no side effects at all during the course of the treatment. I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Olloh for psychotherapy as well as TMS therapy. I believe I benefited a lot from it and I'm encouraged because my depression scores started to improve.

Beyond helpful and professional. I am just so impressed with Jennifer and Christy. Let’s first start with Jennifer she is so sweet and professional. She is very informative about issues when you call. She also makes sure to call a day before to remind me of my appointment and she always calls me if there are any cancellations so I can come in sooner. She is great. Now lastly I would like to thank Christy, not only does she listen to what you have to say but she gives wonderful feedback. She has been straight and honest with me since the moment I came into her office. She is not only courteous but she knows her job and does it well. I was in a really dark place last year then I found her and she literally helped save my life. She helped give me reasons to stay and helped me give the correct medication to help. I haven’t looked back since I first started seeing her. I am beyond grateful.
