I recently had a friend who was a resident at Martin Coast. I was extremely satisfied with the Facility, the cleanliness of the facility, the staff and their leadership team. My friend was well taken care of and the staff were attentive to the needs of my loved one. The compassion that was displayed was impressive. The Therapy team did a great job with rehabilitation. I can say the overall experience in a tough situation was pleasant. Thank you Martin Coast!

This place grows on me. I'm thankful for everyone @ Martin Coast Rehab. When I came in to Martin Coast I couldn't lift a finger but thanks to everyone, I can walk again. I especially, want to thank (especially Latoya, I'll never forget you)Chuck, Marlene, Todd, Dave, Marshall, Meprisia and all the people who work there for all their hard work. I enjoy being a patient and I'm having a great time here during recovery. The workers here have been great and I really really appreciate the care that they have given me. The care may come close somewhere else but I dough it. To all who need rehab and help I do advise you to look at this place as a option. Don't believe everything else you read. You will get some wonderful treatment and good care. When I came my first 24 hours I was ready to go but then I calm myself down and look behind the sence and now I know if I would have left that would have been a great mistake. I am so glad I came here so to anyone who read this post please check it out yourself. I'm a man of the cloth and very close to be ordained. All I can do is be honest and if you don't believe me if something happens and you get hurt come here and see fire yourself.

My mother was in this facility for 3 weeks. She had not walked in months, after receiving rehab she was able to successfully walk out of the facility and her wound was almost healed. I was there daily and had great interactions with the staff and other residents. The staff were great, I would recommend Martin Coast.

My mother n law was here for a week
The food is unrecognizable and the workers are lazy
They got mad because she wanted a breathing treatment
They did not shower her at all ! She asked for a discharge immediately!

Wrote a SCATHING review @ a yr. ago & was asked(NOT 2 SUTTELY)to remove it! SHOULDN'T HAVE! Been here OVER SIX(6) YEARS, place's been sold at least 4x's,SAY WHAT!!
My experience in "dealing" with "this place" is, in a word,HORRENDOUS!!!
Only redeeming factor(s),there are 2(IN SIX YEARS),that I've had the pleasure to be associated with in this facility are 1) the woman,LADY's more like it, who answers & directs calls!! One of the few(VERY FEW) people employed here that l can actually hold a DECENT conversation with(except management).Karen is A BREATH of FRESH AIR,to me anyway! Gonna be a drag & GREAT LOSS when this LADY leaves her post---DON'T RETIRE, KAREN!!!
And 2) a FEW of the aides. This place CAN NOT keep decent(ABOVE avg.)aides. I've talked to them,when it wasn't hard to understand them(& vice versa), & they've explained to me SOME, not all,of the reasons for moving on. NONE OF THEM FLATTERING TO THIS FACILITY!!
Would LOVE to have a look at $$$ coming in,insurance payments, state & federal monies, ALL INCOMING MONEY & ALL EXPENDITURES---from property tax to trash removal & EVERYTHING/ANYTHING in between!

If I could give 0 stars I would ! If you love your loved one … DO NOT SEND THEM HERE …. majority of the staff do not care except maybe one or two. You complain about certain things and nothing is never done. If the patient ask to use the bathroom and is capable of using it with a little assistance, the cnas will tell the patient to use it on themselves. CNA’s here are extremely lazy!! No compassion for the patients just the check!!!!! the only time they are urgent in caring for the patients is if the family member is present …I’ve heard them say ( so and so family is here they need to be changed) that was their Que to get on it .. there’s SO MANY THINGS WRONG WITH THIS PLACE DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE !!!!!!!!!!
